Leading Outdoor Brand

We were tasked with finding the final piece of the company’s ‘brand re-positioning puzzle’. With this assignment we were retained by the the client to conduct an international search, looking for a global Brand Marketing Director. Following an extensive international search, a candidate was secured from one of the brand GM’s list of target brands, who was not only an almost perfect cultural fit, but also someone hugely passionate and engrained in the outdoor, lifestyle & action sports markets. The client has since seen an impressive growth trajectory & has subsequently launched directly into new markets such as Germany, China, the Nordics and North America, following the work we completed.
