Leading Chilled Foods Business

We worked exclusively with a leading frozen foods business on the search for a Senior Buyer. We had previously placed the current Senior Buyer, who was promoted to Head of Category, and we’re able to successfully identify and source a replacement. The candidate impressed throughout the process and this was a key hire in building out the new team.

The candidate has been responsible for creating procurement policies and procedures which has increased accountability and compliance.

At the beginning of our partnership, we met with the client onsite, discussing their immediate transformation structure and long term goals. With such a large and cross-departmental undertaking, and with roles ranging from Director level to ‘Head of’, we initially spent time understanding the business and its culture. A crucial element in the recruitment process that enables us to identify and attract the right talent, as well as effectively sell both the company and the role to the candidate.

As a result, we have successfully placed 11 candidates with the client, in just the last 6 months.
