MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a leading toy, on the search for Business Development Manager- USA. This is a permanent role based in South of England

As the Business Development Manager specializing in the USA market, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth in alignment with company objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the toy industry and a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distribution channels, and licensing agreements.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Cultivate strong, longterm relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the toy industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable deals and partnerships.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the toy industry, with a strong focus on the USA market.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strategic partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the toy industry, including market dynamics, trends, and key players.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Selfmotivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
