MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a leading consumer goods business, on the search for an E-commerce Manager. This is a permanent position based in Central London.

As E-commerce Manager you’ll be reporting to the Marketing Director, working closely in all areas of digital marketing, and whilst the role will be predominantly focusing on the performance of the e-commerce channels, you’ll also get involved in some traditional marketing and sales. This is a truly exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the marketing team in implementing the overall e-commerce strategy
  • E-commerce platform maintenance and updating
  • Responsible for the E-commerce platform sales performance
  • E-commerce stock management
  • Digital content management
  • Creating effective email marketing campaigns including written content and automating sequence and analysing campaign success
  • Working closely with external designers to create online and offline collaterals
  • Monitoring marketing campaigns through Affiliate Marketing networks as well as SEM, FB, Google Display, SMS
  • Executing the e-commerce organic growth strategy
  • Continually monitoring campaign performance, evaluating the performance of the marketing funnel Ad hoc administrative support to the sales team

What are we looking for?

  • 2-3 years’ experience in implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software
  • Familiarity with Shopify
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
