MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Leading Consumer Business, on the search for a Global CRM Manager. This is a permanent role based in London, UK.

As the Global CRM Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful deployment and adoption of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for lead management.
Reporting directly to directorate level within a larger customer journey team, you will play a crucial role in road mapping, defining key customer strategies and creating purpose-built proposals to achieve future objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Generate insights based on consumer behaviour to optimise opportunities across global markets and other necessary channels.
  • Analytics and Collaboration: Work cross functionally with varying teams within analytics to create appropriate performance reports.
  • Stakeholder Management: With stakeholders of varying levels and through a variety of different mediums, keep colleagues on-track with the performance of the CRM system and other projects and plans.
  • Team Training: Must be a key player in the creation of training initiatives and best practice behaviour for the CRM system.
  • CRM Strategy: Primary driver of the overall CRM strategy, future outcomes and projected vision, leading by example and creating the definition for the system use.
What are we looking for:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a CRM role, with a background of multi-tasking and keeping on top of multiple work streams and projects.
  • Strong technical proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM technologies.
  • Understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
