MacGregor Black are partnering with a Premium Beverage producer on the search for an Account Manager. This is a perm role based in Paris.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding their presence within the luxury sector in Paris and throughout France. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for premium spirits and a proven track record in sales within the On & Off premise.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the luxury on-trade segment in Paris and across France.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bars, restaurants, hotels, and other premium establishments, to drive brand visibility and sales.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the product, including its history, production process, and unique flavour profile, to effectively communicate its value proposition to customers.
  • Conduct training sessions and tastings for staff at partner establishments to enhance product knowledge and ensure a premium customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
  • Coordinate and participate in events, tastings, and promotional activities to raise brand awareness and drive sales.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven track record in sales within the luxury on & off trade sector, preferably within the spirits industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the Paris hospitality scene and the broader French on-trade market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Passion for premium spirits and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Salary – Up to €50k + benefits
