MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Leading Toy, on the search for Senior Brand Manager. This is a permanent role based in The South of England.

As the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the brand presence and achieve business objectives. This position is a 12-month maternity cover role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities effectively.
  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify new opportunities and insights for the brand.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between product innovation and brand strategy.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, monitoring expenditures and maximizing ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners.
  • Monitor and analyse the competitive landscape, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on brand performance, market dynamics, and campaign effectiveness.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or toy industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools.
