MacGregor Black are partnering with a Toy Brand on the search for an International Account Manager. This is a permanent role, based remotely in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build new relationships with target customers across the Leisure channels as well as growing key retail accounts already in place.
  • Manage Key customers across the UK & Internationally.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure collaboration across all channels.
  • Full P&L Responsibility.
  • Facilitate better penetration of the existing account base and open new doors.
  • Understand the market and provide key insight and ideas to develop the business.
  • Management of key customers across multiple categories, ensuring customer service targets are met.
  • Full KPI accountability for strategic accounts both existing and new.
  • Accountable for achievement of sales and profit targets.
  • Keep abreast of competitor activity within relevant markets.
  • Maintain a value-added service to ensure successful relationships.
  • Cross-Functional team ownership and accountability.

  • Extensive experience selling into the Leisure Industry.
  • Proven track record in engaging with, opening, and growing large strategic accounts.
