MacGregor Black are partnering with a global Spirits Distributor on the search for a  Key Account Manager specialising in RTM. This is a perm role preferably based in Midlands, but open to other ares..
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts within the designated region.
  • Drive distribution, visibility, and activation initiatives to enhance brand presence and drive volume growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Negotiate and secure profitable commercial agreements with key accounts, aligning with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and address customer needs effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Analyse sales performance data and develop action plans to achieve KPI targets and objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • Proven track record in sales management and key account development.
  • Strong understanding of the beverage industry and key account management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Salary – Up to £38k + Car Allowance + Benefits
