MacGregor Black are supporting a long standing client on the search for a Regional Account Manager responsible for North England & Scotland within sporting goods and outdoor.

The ideal candidate can be based remotely anywhere within the territory.


  • Develop an existing account base and explore new retail opportunities.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Marketing teams to maintain high service standards.
  • Manage accounts receivable in line with company expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Attend and represent brands at regional, national, and international trade shows and events.
  • Play a key role in staff training for the success of the territory.


  • Minimum of 3 years’ Experience in the Lifestyle and Outdoor industry preferred.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and a strong work ethic.
  • Effective team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of market trends.
  • Demonstrated planning and administrative skills.
  • Passionate about fashion and the outdoors.
  • Competitive mindset with a focus on winning.
